Hello, Since version update the TP mobile Navigation menu is bugging, it's open and close direct, please have a look here https://mysquad.consulting/test-menu-mobil-bug/ (make your browser small like a mobile or check on mobile). Please advice/debug
Thank you for contacting POSIMYTH Support.
Can you please check if you have clear your cache from your browser and also SAVE your widgets from your admin panel The Plus Settings >> Widgets section.
Once you do that please edit any of your Elementor pages and just update the page without making any changes.
Warm Regards,Deekshit Nair
I'm located in India. My timezone is IST.
Sorry I forgot to notice :This happen not directly but after navigating from one page to another one (and coming back), it takes time, looks like a cache bug
I understand as this is happening because of the caching so you need to HARD RELOAD the site using Ctrl+F5 and also save the widgets from your admin panel The Plus Settings >> Widgets section.
Hi Deekshit, yes i did it, but same, very strange/wired bug, on new browser it's working, but if navigating and then coming back on test page same open/close, not always but happen !i'm very used to work with plugs and WP (10 years+)And for sure when i'm admin logged it's open/close directly
This is not a solution, i can not ask visitor to hard reload website when it's happening. it's a real bug for the TP nav, dev should investigate and debug...
I understand what I meant that I could not replicate the issue on my end as the issue is on your browser with caching.
As you stated in your previous msg it works on a new browser but I have checked multiple times it didn't replicate.
In any case, if you are using a third-party caching plugin you need to clear the same or I recommend that you check the site on a new PC
I have the same problem with the menu on phone version.
I already do that but i got th same problem and sometimes this happes (look the screenshot).
Thank you for your help. :)

It looks like the issue is related to caching, can you please clear the cache from The Plus Settings >> Performance section.
Also, if you are using any third-party caching plugin please clear the cache from that plugin as well and try to change the option to On Demand Assets from The Plus Settings >> Performance section.
You can try adding /?a=b at the end of the URL and check again.
