Hello! The mega menu doesn't work correctly. When I resize the window, the mega menu dropdown size gets smaller and it doesn't have 100% width. Could you check it out please? It happens also in your demos: https://theplusaddons.com/widgets/mega-menu/horizontal/

    Thanks!

    Hi Samantha

Thank you for contacting POSIMYTH Support

The Best way to check the responsiveness of any site is to check on a relevant responsive device. Once you resize the widget you need to refresh the page so that the layout and design are set based on the responsive mode.

Furthermore, we really appreciate if it you can check the site on a relevant real device so that we can know the real issue.

    Thanks,

    Warm Regards,

    Hi Sam,

Let me explain to you our whole caching architecture, Which will have all your answers.

When you go to "The Plus Settings" -> "Performance" -> "Remove Cache". All the cache files get deleted. Now, When someone will go to any page of your website for the first time (That means any page's first visitor.) It will render the whole page, check which widgets are used, and based on that It will create one combined-minified CSS & JS file with that page's id. Now, When anyone goes to that page again, It will show them that the page is perfectly fine as all cache is ready now. That means, Your first visitor will have that issue and If they will refresh that, It will load fine. But, From 2nd visitor of that page, That issue will never happen unless you will remove the cache again.

Now, Once you go live, You will not need to remove the cache. If you remove the cache, You need to visit all pages of the site on your own or your first visit of that page will have that minor issue. We even would like you to say, Don't take a risk on live site to remove all cache. We have given the option to remove the cache for individual pages as well.

You can use that as well.

So, Ultimately, You will never have an issue with this except your first visit to the page after removing the cache. We have used the same product on our site and have you ever got such an issue? It's for a first visitor only. Though, I must tell you it will improve your site's performance drastically. If you have used just one widget on the page, It will never load any other CSS/JS from the plugin. Just that one widget's JS/CSS and even that is minified to compress it.

Hope the above will clear your doubts, Still Feel free to ask me, If you have any questions related to this. I would love to explain this amazing caching algorithm of ours. Which helps users to use our plugin even for one widget without worrying about performance at all.

    Thanks,

    Warm Regards,
