Recently there's an update in the Instagram API and due to that, the feed is not showing on your site as we have an older version of API integrated on the site.
We are looking to update the API and also looking to update the widget, the widget is still in development mode and if you wish to need a BETA version then we can provide you with the same.

Hello, any news??? It has been already a month and still have my customers complaining that nothing changed!! Could you help us or I have to switch to another tool??
Thanks for writing back, I will check with our developers and let you know when the widget will be ready as due to Covid-19 couple of The Plus add-ons team got tested positive so there's a delay in the developing process.
I agree with Gerardo. It's too easy to hide behind Covid-19, developers work as well as telecommute. in short, all your direct competitors have their modules that work. I'm also willing to go elsewhere. It is unprofessional of you to take so much time to solve an API problem.
I understand your frustration but if you notice that the same widget does not work properly on our demo as well. So, I request that you please provide us some time since all our developers work remotely.
Apart from that, I have been informed that there will be new widgets and updates releasing soon in the upcoming week.
