    Hi. My download link doesn't work, it tells me "You must have an active subscription to The Plus Addons for Elementor in order to download this file." I have a license, so can you activate it, or send me a link that works, please? Thanks

    As we can see, You licence is already active.

    Can you try again to download? That might be delay in confirmation from payment gateway, which is causing this issue.

    i just noticed the number of tickets in this portal. That answers my question about the bugs. Clearly, there are many. Therefore, instead of sending me a link that works, can you refund the purchase, please? Thank you

    Hello Tomas,

    We have done all testing and found it was due to recent update of our system which is based on EDD and Payment gateway's updates. We have temporary resolved it and in touch with support team to find permanent solution. Which will  be resolved in couple of days for all new purchases as well. We have tested and It must be working for you, when you go to your account page and download from there. 

    You might be trying from purchase email but that is with expiry of 4 hours. So, You need to download it from https://store.posimyth.com/checkout/purchase-history/ 

    Here are the steps :  


    Now, We are totally agree on your whole inconvenience, We are ready to provide your full refund under our most friendly refund policy. 

    If you want to give us one more chance, We also would like to upgrade your plan from 1 site/Year to Unlimited sites/Year without any extra charges because of all inconvenience faced by you due to our system issue. We suggest you to wait and try our addons first. 

    Still, Choice will be yours. If you want to go with refund. Kindly close dispute on paypal as It will take long time to resolve. We will process your refund immediately from our system. Which will be fast turn around.

    Hi. Please refund it. I needed it on Saturday, so I bought something else instead. It's a digital product, so everyone's expectation is it's available immediately, not after you fix your bugs. As I am sure you will see from your records, I have never downloaded it. Looking forward to the refund. Thank you, Tomas

    But without you closing this case, We can not process refund. 

    Do not worry on refund part, We have most friendly refund policy and We will process that immediately.

    It's the other way around. You refund it, then I close the case. As per Paypal recommendations. Even if I don't, you will have a proof of refund, so no risk for you. The dispute procedure kicks in on 6th February, I think and we have until then to settle it between ourselves. Thanks, Tomas

    There is no other way around, Because we can refund only by accepting dispute. We are accepting dispute and processing refund for you, as you do not have trust on us. We can understand your point of view on this as You also taking safer side. Hope you would have understood situation here. 

    We kindly request you to reach out to any seller first before raising such disputes. Because If we go ahead in dispute and as per our refund policy we can claim not to provide refund, as You haven't asked for help or that is not bug, It was just technical issue. That whole process of dispute resolving and Paypal team's involvement might take about a month or two(You are seeing 6th February just because We haven't responded there. If we will respond that date will be extended). Though, We never ever give hassle to our buyers and We won't to you as well. 

    But no grudges, Thanks a lot for trying The Plus Addons. We are very grateful for that. We are also sorry for such delay of about a week in refund. We always try to process that as soon as possible if user is not satisfied or have any bug which we can not help with.
