    Hi Steven

Thank you for contacting Posimyth Support.

Can you provide a screenshot of the website as to how the website is looking on your end?

We would really appreciate it if you can check the site by clearing the cache and check on another browser.

    Thanks,

    Warm Regards,

    Hi Deekshit,

See the attachment. I use an iPad, with the latest Chrome.
I disabled the sidebar menu in the Custom CSS panel of WP, because that was originally loading as well.

I hope this is clear enough for you and that you can help me.

    Cheers,
    Steven

    Hi Steven

Thanks for holding on, I have checked the issue with our developers and they have mentioned that in order to view the website properly on a mobile or tablet device you need to adjust the padding and margin of the template as per your needs.

With that said, if you are looking to show the horizontal scroll on your site then you need to adjust the responsiveness by changing the template design, font size and layout according to the responsive layout which you can change through Elementor editor.

    Thanks,

    Hi Steven

I'm sorry but when I visit the site the homepage is different from what I see on your video it looks like more of a Coming Soon page which I can't bypass to see the proper homepage.

Also, I would appreciate it if you can provide a screenshot difference between the Desktop view and Tablet view because the 3-sec video didn't help.

    Thanks,

    Hi Deekshit,

It's an iPad Mini 2 (ME277NF/A) with iOS 12.5.1 (the latest possible iOS on this older tablet) with the latest updates of Chrome and Safari. I understand that this is an older model, but I know quite a few people who don't update their tablet regularly.

I would very much like to hear how to fix this problem.

    Cheers,
    Steven

    Hi Steven

I have checked the issue on the iPad 2 since we don't have the relevant device and OS and it was working fine on my end.

Furthermore, I have checked with our developers and they have mentioned that this is not an issue as the responsive layout should be managed from your end so you need to check on another device and check for the issue.

    Thanks,

    Hi Deekshit,

The responsive layout is managed from my end, since it's working perfectly fine on desktop, mobile and apparently your tablet device as well. I checked it on my 17" Windows laptop, I checked it on my gf's 12" Macbook Air, I checked it on my Samsung S10e, I checked it on my old iPhone 6 (also running on iOS 12.5.1 - just like the iPad Mini 2), and they're all working fine.

All, but the iPad Mini 2. I just want it to work on the iPad Mini as well, but I have no idea how. I can't help that it looks weird on the iPad Mini 2, that probably has more to do with how the horizontal scroll widget is coded. To be honest, this isn't the first issue I encountered with a The Plus widget.

There is only so much I can do within Elementor to fix issues like this, and I'm not a coding expert.
That's why I'm asking for help from you guys, but you keep bouncing the ball back.

    Cheers,
    Steven
