    Hi guys,

Id like to exclude the current post from the dynamic listing widget to show related posts. It would be possible the listing widget allows for a dynamic field. to exclude or include posts.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Rieko

Thank you for contacting Posimyth Support.

Please see attached screenshot as you can see that in the Content Source section using the Dynamic Listing widget you can choose the type of post and include/exclude the post that you need to show on your site.

    Thanks,

    Hi Deekshit,

Thanks for answereing. I know this works, but I still dont know how accomplish the following with the custom listing widget:

    Cases:

    • Creating a global footer that shows random portfolio posts. Excluding the one that is displayed right now.
    • Creating a next previous post widget showing the next post. And the previous post.

the site is http://vorm.studio, and when you click a post you'll see what I mean. Right now it shows random posts but sometimes includes the one you are seeing now.

    Hi Rieko

Thanks for holding on, please see attached screenshot as you can use the Related Post where you can add the widget on the Footer section. Since you have not added/created any footer you can try using that feature on your site and let me know if that worked out for you.

    Thanks,
