responsive problem with scroll Navigation on a page scroll page,
on mobile devices, I have the scroll navigation turned off for responsive, but it is still on and will not go away. I think I could manually change the css for under 700px to 'display:none;' but I'm wondering if there's a better way.
what do you recommend?
one more question for the same page - when i scroll back up, it doesn't go all the way to the top for some reason, is there a way to set headers/footers for a page scroll page?
I'm having the same issue...
On a mobile when i scroll down, and then back up, the top of the content is cut off!
Same happens when i click on the dots.
I think it could be a bug, because I've tried everthing
Hello Richard & Voyagemg, We are aware of that issue as we got similar issue from few another users as well. But, That is the issue of full page JS itself. If content is more than your screensize, It cuts off and especially when you are coming from bottom to top. Why it is happening when it's coming back? - It is because, When you are scrolling back, It start content position from bottom. That is default setup of fullpage js. As a solution of that, You can try to change space in small devices. Also, You may try to hide some content or shrink it by changing font size, spacing, margin or padding. On the other hand, We are trying to get any other solution if possible with any custom code for that.

Hi Disha, thank you for your response.
Do you know if it is possible to align all of the content to the bottom of the page, thus preventing it from being cut off?
I have tried the "Vertical Align: Bottom" but that doesn't seem to change anything?
Alternatively, is there a way to turn off the Full Page Scroll on a mobile, so that it looks just like a regular scroll?
Hello Richard,We have option to turn off full page in mobile devices. You can use below option to setup width from which you want to turn off full page. Ideal value is 768px as most of mobile devices small than that. Still, You may choose that value based on your requirements.
Turning off full page in mobile devices works for me, but now I have another major issue related: on my phone, when I'm in either of these full-page pages, I have art galleries (https://mindyweisel.com/glass/, and https://mindyweisel.com/paintings/) if I click on the gallery, the scroll becomes locked completely until I refresh the page! This only seem to happen on my phone (iPhone X - chrome, Safari, Brave), if I try scrolling back up, it locks the scroll completely. very strange.
I manually hid "scroll nav" on mobile, because the normal "advanced/responsive/hide on mobile" doesn't work for this element, but when I turn that off, this problem is still happening.
Scrolling is completely locked after I click on an image (which opens lightbox) is broken, it may let me scroll once, but then it locks.
This makes the page unusable.
Hello voyagemg,I have checked in iPhone 11 with Safari Browser and We are getting same error sometimes. Which Image popup have you used? Would you mind sharing your wp-admin access with us? So, We can take a look at it.
You may use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/ In this method, to share your access using just one link with expiry time. It will ask you for email address, Which you can put any email address. We just need that URL, Which will let us to login as an administrator. If ticket is public, Make sure, You respond privately, as shown in below screenshot.
That was conflict with any other plugin of yours. We have added custom CSS for that as you can see above. Would you please remove cache and try again?
Thanks - the conflict was with elementor pro?
Hello Voyagemg,It might be conflict from any of code from Element Pack Addons or any custom CSS from Theme or Plugin.
